Music is my way to get out of the real world.
Music is the only thing that calms me down.
Music will tell you more about me than I ever will.
Music is my painkiller.
Music is my life, the lyrics are just my story.
Music is for when you’re happy, you enjoy the music but when you’re sad you understand the lyrics.
Music is what feelings sound like.
Music is there when nobody else is.
Music on, world off.
Music controls the gravity of my emotions.
Music, thanks for always clearing my head and healing my heart and lifting my spirits.
Music and sleep are the best ways to avoid all sadness for a while.

I’m the kind of person who will restart a song because I got distracted and won’t appreciate it enough. I wish my life had background music so I could understand what the heck is going on. Some days I need the music and some days I need the lyrics. I have a therapist whose name is music. Sometimes music speaks what you feel inside.

Having the same taste in music as someone is like having a soul connection.
If you sing with me in the car I’m gonna keep you. People who stay in the car a little longer to listen to music are my kind people.

Sometimes it’s not the song that makes you emotional, it’s the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it. Do you ever listen to a song and remember exactly what life was like when you first heard it? Yeah.

When someone asks you to listen to a song it’s because the lyrics mean everything they are trying to say.
Give me one song, one song only that means a lot to you. I will listen to it and then I will know you much better.

Lyrics say more words.
Lyrics are emotions.
Lyrics are feelings.
Lyrics are what get stuck in your head.
Lyrics are what you sing your heart out too.

Music is my gateway.
